Many customers have notified AFL that they purchased a Fujikura Fusion Splicer from an unauthorized distributor resulting in no warranty or technical support. If you are in the process of purchasing a Fujikura Fusion Splicer in the United States, Canada, Central America and the Caribbean, please verify the company is an authorized AFL distributor.

AFL constantly strives to provide high quality products and services to its valued customers in an effort to earn long-term trust and support. You should be aware that Fujikura brand fusion splicers are entering the marketplace through unauthorized sales channels. In many instances, these products have been modified to a point that they may not meet the intended performance specifications.

AFL operates the only service center in the United States, Canada, Central America and the Caribbean that is authorized by Fujikura to repair its equipment, and AFL is the only service center with original manufacturer’s parts, and certified repair and calibration training. AFL does not provide warranty service or technical support for Fujikura brand fusion splicers purchased from any unauthorized distributors.
