Stacey Fedorka joined AFL in 2017 as the Vice President of Information Technology, responsible for creating and executing the vision, strategic direction and digital transformation of the company’s information technology capabilities across all of AFL with the goal of driving competitive advantage and profitable growth for AFL.

Prior to joining AFL, Stacey served as Vice President of Information Technology at ERIKS, a leading multi-billion dollar global industrial solution provider, consisting of more than 60 companies with over 300 locations in 20 countries. Over her five year tenure, Stacey was responsible for transforming the IT organization into a valued business partner, and providing the strategic leadership, technology capabilities and services required to position ERIKS for enterprise integration and significant growth.

Preceding ERIKS, Stacey was the CIO & SVP of Technology for Ansaldo STS, Inc., a multi-billion dollar global manufacturer and solution provider to the Railroad and Transportation Industry. During her 13-year tenure, she led large scale business and technology transformation programs positively impacting the company’s top and bottom line. As CIO, Stacey led all facets of information technology, driving business process re-engineering and optimization initiatives as well as large scale business system implementations. As SVP of Technology, she was the P&L leader for one of the company’s three North American business units, responsible for sales, R&D, product development, engineered-to-order solutions, customer delivery and post sales services.

Stacey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She also holds multiple certificates in Executive Leadership.

In recognition of her business acumen, leadership style and innovative approach in the deployment of information technology, Stacey was twice named Pittsburgh “CIO of the Year” (in 2017 and 2008) by the Pittsburgh Technology Council and Greater Pittsburgh CIO Council located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. She has served on numerous advisory boards, and is a frequently requested speaker and panelist at CIO summits, events and conferences across the country.
