Steve Polidan
Vice President – Connectivity
As Vice President of Connectivity, Steve Polidan manages AFL’s global Connectivity organization with locations in South Carolina, Washington State, Mexico, the United Kingdom, China and Singapore. Steve is responsible for product management, solutions engineering, application and field engineering, program management, operations and quality.
Steve joined AFL in 1999 in sales and held numerous roles in this area including National Sales Manager (NSM) for the Enterprise market where he was responsible for the promotion of AFL’s products and solutions to end-users, contractors, consultants and distributors. During his tenure in the sales organization, Steve received AFL’s President’s Award three times. Following his NSM role, Steve was appointed as Commercial Manager and ultimately General Manager for AFL’s Connectivity, Premise cable and Wrapping Tube Cable business units.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from Western Michigan University and earned his Master of Business Administration with emphasis in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
