El OADM de canal único DWDM es un producto a nivel de componente que añade o elimina una sola longitud de onda DWDM de una red DWDM. Es adecuado para la instalación directa en bandejas de empalme u otros accesorios similares en aplicaciones de planta tanto interiores como exteriores. Está endurecido en el campo y se vende normalmente con cables de 250µm sin terminar, listos para el empalme por fusión. También está disponible con fibra ajustada de 900µm.
