AFL Announces New Partnership with Hub City Spartanburgers

The AFL Dugout Lounge enhances the fan experience at Spartanburgers home games featuring panoramic glass windows overlooking the ballpark. The space accommodates up to 65 guests and is an ideal setting for corporate networking events, community gatherings and business functions, complete with advanced audiovisual capabilities and catering.

This cutting-edge tool provides telecom engineers and broadband operators with a fast and easy way to measure downstream PON power levels.

The FlowScout DPPM boasts a user-friendly interface with an icon-driven design on a large color touchscreen, making it intuitive and easy to use for both novice and professional technicians. It automatically identifies and measures power levels for GPON, EPON, RF Video, and XG/XGS/10GEPON.

The FlowScout DPPM uses a single port to measure PON and broadband power levels. Advanced measurement capabilities include a broadband power meter with Continuous Wave, Tone, and Wave ID, enabling rapid and error-free measurements. AFL Donates $1 Million to Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts

The South Carolina-based fiber optics manufacturer additionally raised over $120,000 through an associate and agent giving campaign.

Spartanburg, S.C. | November 7, 2024 | AFL today announced a $1 million donation to Samaritan's Purse in support of hurricane restoration and rebuilding efforts across South Carolina and Western North Carolina. The donation comes as communities continue to recover from the devastating impact of the recent Hurricane Helene.

Through Samaritan's Purse, an organization providing emergency assistance on the ground, the funds will provide direct, long-term support to areas most significantly impacted by widespread storm damage. AFL has a history of supporting and positively impacting the community in times of need. This contribution aligns with AFL's core values and its commitment to remain community centered, reflected in its extensive Community Outreach Program.

With its more compact size, the X-1 can support 144 single fibers, 432 mass fusion with standard ribbon, or 864 SpiderWeb Ribbon®. Installers can optimize fiber management using the unique wedge system with its "press-to-release" lever mechanism for cable entry.
