Steve Polidan serves as AFL’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Experience, where he leads teams across the Energy, Broadband and Data Center markets. In this role, he is focused on driving growth, strengthening customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer support globally.

Since joining AFL in 1999, Steve has held several leadership roles, including Regional Sales Manager for the Enterprise, Service Provider and OEM markets and National Sales Manager for the Enterprise market, earning AFL’s President’s Award multiple times. He advanced to Commercial Manager for the Optical Connectivity and Apparatus (OCA) business unit and was subsequently promoted to General Manager of the OCA, Premise Cable and Wrapping Tube Cable business units. Steve also led the integration of the OCA and Hyperscale business units before being appointed Vice President of the newly formed Connectivity business unit, where he oversaw global product management, engineering, operations and quality.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
