The NYFORS AytoCleaver-LDF is a high precision fiber cleaver designed for use with large diameter fibers up to 1200um.The unique and patent-pending cleaving process generates typical cleave angles of less than 0.5°. Cleaving performance is enhanced by the use of fiber handling kits optimized for a specific fiber dimension. With an automatic waste disposal system that removes hazardous fiber scraps, the cleaver is designed to generate minimum amounts of fiber waste, typically less than 20mm.
