Customer Service Center – 24x7 Customer Support
We are equipped to receive requests by phone or email. The Customer Service Center also supports customers who utilize their own portals for documentation. All AFL technicians are equipped with tablets, wireless cards and cell phones, and receive the work order/request immediately.
Contingencies are covered!
In the event of a service outage or internal server issue that prevents our technicians from receiving and closing out tickets remotely, AFL has a process in place to send tickets directly to the technicians, receive all closing documentation needed to get the ticket closed out in our system, and update the customer on the status of the work order/requests.
After Hours Support
Normal business hours are M-F 7am - 5pm EST. After hours calls are usually answered immediately. In the event the call is not answered, a message must be left, and the call will be returned within 5 min. The CSC Manager is always equipped to help receive/dispatch any “after hours” calls.
