El MicroCore reforzado es una alternativa líder en la industria al tradicional cable de cinta de tubo suelto central de planta. La tecnología SWR elimina las preocupaciones asociadas a las tensiones de las fibras en los bordes debido a la curvatura preferente de las cintas encapsuladas.
Estos cables constan de una cubierta exterior ignífuga OFNP/FT6 (NFPA 262) o LSZH (incluido ONFR-LS/FT4) con una tensión de instalación de 150 lbs. calificada para cumplir y superar los requisitos del último cableado interior de planta Telcordia GR-409-CORE.
